Brett's New Dungeon

As the days roll on the work continues at Sam's humble abode. Upon moving into this house my roommate Brett wanted a bigger room but was stuck with the smallest one in the house. So we came to the conclusion who needs a wall closing you off from the pitch of the roof. Before I knew it the wall was down and the construction began. From framing to drywall to mud to flooring it has all been constructed by Brett or Sam. So here are a few photographs you can see it moving right along into a larger more creative space to accommodate the arrival of Brett Allen and his world of painting and drawing.

  2. Oh, I do not envy you right now! I've been married for 18 years to a General Contractor and have lived through renovation after renovation. We will buy an old fixer and live in it until it is completely renovated. Many-o-weekends are spent working on the house. I usually get about a week in a completed house until we move into the next one.
We just finished renovating a 4000 sqft house in Heber. It was perfect! My dream home. It just sold a few weeks ago. I had 2 weeks of a completed house this time.
I love looking at your pictures and seeing the progress. Keep up the great work!
